Arrived quickly, ordered on 31.12, arrived on 12.1. The feeder is compact, works well (at the time of this comment), been in use for a day. The app doesn't allow you to set the number of grams per serving, which is a bit of a minus. One serving is about 12 grams (checked several times and weighed on two feeders). We have two cats, so we ordered two, and that's just right. And so you can set it according to the time and as many times as you want, and you can also increase the portion size. They delivered it to my door. Overall, it's easy to use, compact, and not noisy on its own, but when the food spills out because it falls onto the plastic plate, you can hear a loud thumping sound. There was no need to communicate with the seller. If there are any additional edits, I will definitely add them.

It's the second one I have. I had to change it because the other one has grown. This one fits great. It's durable, nice-looking, and very comfortable for the dog. The only problem I see is that the sign with its name is bigger than the velcro where it attaches. It's possible they made a mistake and sent me the XL one. I'll probably end up using the old one. But for everything else, I would repeat the purchase.
