Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email (when available from the supplier) so you can track the status of your delivery. Please note that not all shipping methods offer full tracking.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address at the time of purchase. Hudpet is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
