FAQ

Is it easy to clean?

Great! The removable parts are washable and made of safe and durable material.

Does it always need to be plugged in?

Yes, but it also has a backup battery in case of a power outage (except in the Standard model).

How many meals a day can I schedule?

Up to 6 meals per day, with individualized portion control.

Can I use the same app on more than one phone?

Yes, you can share access with other family members.

Does the feeder work with any type of feed?

Yes, as long as it's dry food with kibble sizes up to 12mm.

For now, it works well, the app is intuitive and everything works correctly, it's a plus that it has space for batteries.

According to the instructions. It connected through the Tuya app without problems. Now to schedule the daily meals.

Package well packed, works well, the application is easy to install, the cats eagerly await meal time.

Feels very well designed. All the parts fit together well and the cable is braided. No complaints there.

It does not feature a contra-rotating agitator but the mechanism feels pretty good anyway.

The power is through usb to barrel plug. So the cable would be hard to replace if your pet chewed through it.

Contrary to what the description might lead you to believe, this model only supports four meals per day and a 12 hour clock. Personally i think four meals is fine but i would have liked a 24 hour clock.

For my cat food each portion was about 14g which doesn't make for much granularity. I would have liked it to be maybe 5g. So be warned that you might not have the much control over the food amount with this model.

24 hour clock and a less food delivered per portion and it would have been five stars.

The machine is nice and spacious, however, there is a problem with dispensing food portions. When it is powered by batteries, it stops connecting to the app and dispenses multiple times the given amount according to its own discretion (sometimes it dispenses 2 portions of food, and other times 6). The cable connects to the application and is more obedient.

The product arrived in perfect condition. The first charge of the water cascade took a while, but it works great and delivers as promised. The motion sensor is much better than i expected, with a wide activation range. Just keep in mind that the filters need to be replaced about every two weeks, so you’ll need extra replacements, which can make maintenance a bit costly if you live far away. Other than that, it works wonderfully. Highly recommended!

Super good quality! Its silent, sensor works great even in complete darkness, and i like the option to either leave it connected to the cable or let it finish charging and move it away! Also super great battery life!! Its been running for almost two weeks and it’s still going strong. Shame may cat still prefers her water staying still 🤣

It's the second one I've gotten, my little ones love it. I've had the first one for over a year and it still works very well. Don't say that about this newly acquired one, I recommend it; unlike the previous ones, this one is much more hygienic due to its design.
